Salv Clerk Executive Session Minutes Board of Selectmen May 15, 2013 Teachers Meeting Room Canton High School Present: Robert E. Burr, Jr., Chairman, Avril T. Elkort, Vice-Chairman, Gerald A. Salvatori, Jr., Clerk, Member, Victor D. Del Vecchio, Member, John J. Connolly, Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Tina Carlton, Executive Assistant, and Jennifer Bright, Administrative Secretary. Paul DeRensis, Town Counsel, was also present. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. There was a discussion concerning the Development Agreement between the Town of Canton, Shelter Development, LLC, and AA Will led by Selectmen Salvatori relative to the SHOD article which would be before Annual Town Meeting that evening. The development agreement had been reviewed by the Board of Selectmen and Town Counsel. Motion was made to approve and execute the Development Agreement. Motion: Mr. Salvatori Second: Ms. Elkort Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to support the substitute motion as amended by the Board of Selectmen substitute motion on the SHOD article for Annual Town Meeting.
