Opticom System. Committee in favor. / 4. Close Wall Street onto Washington Street. Committee agreed with the concept but felt that it would cause a hardship to some businesses. Extend emergency vehicles response time to homes and rear of business buildings. Possible loss of parking lot. 5. Reverse of one-way on Church Street. Committee suggest that the reversal of the one-way of Church Street would not help improve traffic safety but would possibly cause unsafe traffic. The committee suggest Washington Street north bound traffic not allowed to negotiate a left turn onto Church Street from Washington Street. Being no further business a motion was made to adjourn. Voted and passed. Time 4:34 PM.
