Feeney ~ John J. Connolly ~ Christopher J. Connolly I Thomas W. Theodore Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. The Board of Selectmen discussed reorganizing. Motion was made to nominate John Connolly as Chairman of the Board of Selectmen. Motion was made to close nominations and to approve John Connolly as Chairman. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to nominate Mark Porter as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Selectmen. Motion was made to close nominations and to approve Mark Porter as Vice-Chairman. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to nominate Kevin Feeney as Clerk of the Board of Selectmen. Motion was made to close nominations and to approve Kevin Feeney as Clerk. Motion: Mr. Connolly Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 The Board held a discussion on abandoned properties receivership. Mr. Aspinwall made the board aware of an abandoned properties initiative where the Attorney General works in partnership with the Towns to seek out owners of abandoned properties to fix them. Town's can petition for receivership to take possession of the properties to fix them when the owners can't be located. The Towns can lien the
