First Item on the Agenda - 943 WASHII\\\TGTON STREET (ANR) - (Patrick Considine, Considine Development) Mr. Considine explained that he was approved a three (3) lot subdivision, which has now expired. He is proposing to make one (1) buildable lot, and add land to 919 Washington Street, to make this lot conforming. There is no Mylar, since this is in Land Court. If this Plan is approved he takes the copy (which will be signed by the Board) and brings it to Land Court, when approved, a Mylar is issued and then the Board will sign that and it will be filed. He is going from three (3) lots to one (1) buildable lot and fixing and making an existing lot conforming. Mr. McCarthy asked about what is Lot 2, and this lot will actually be landlocked and will be with Lot 1. The purpose of this is to make sure that the lot meets the build factor.
