Present: Chairman John J. Connolly I Vice Chairman Mark J. Porter ~ Clerk Kevin T. Feeney
Christopher J. Connolly I Thomas W. Theodore
Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m.
It was noted that Mr. Porter was not in attendance as he was on vacation.
A moment of silence was held for Bill Monahan, former School Committee member.
Motion was made to open the public hearing regarding Traffic Rules and Regulations proposed
amendment for a parking restriction on Wardwell Road
Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 4-0
M r. Aspinwall made that Board aware that cars were parking at the end of Wardwell Road on the cul de
sac to access the woods behind it as well as possibly accessing Tree Top Adventures which was also
behind Wardwell Road. It was causing the neighbors problems with overcrowding of the street. He
noted that at the recommendation of the Deputy Police Chief, it was being asked of the Board to
consider posting No Parking signs on the cul de sac.
Motion was made to close the hearing.
Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 4-0
Motion was made to implement a parking restriction on the cul de sac at the end Wardwell Road upon
the recommendation of the Deputy Police Chief.
Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 4-0
Motion was made to open the Public Hearing regarding revocation of a Class II Wholesale license
belonging to Gerard Daly, 11 Glenn Road.
