2 Debby Stein Sharp suggested that volunteers might be able to assist with the GPS data collection regarding the trails. Cynthia responded that the town does not have sufficient GPS units to equip volunteer groups. RFP timeline needs to be adjusted to include a question and answer session on a specific date.Attachments to the RFP should include the sample contract, a list of open space parcels, a list of recreation facilities. Nick and Cindy will supply this information. Laura Smead suggested that the public outreach meetings in the RFP scope not mention the Town Master Plan, which will be done separately. Laura also suggested that the compensation in the contract be tied to specific deliverables. Sub-Committee members to review the RFP responses will combine members from the OSRP and WBH Committees. Members nominated for the Sub-Committee include Nick Pirelli and Cindy O'Connell for the OSRP and Debby Stein Sharpe and Betsy Sugameli for the WBH. Goal is to circulate another draft of the RFP by April 21 and begin advertising it by April 28. Update on status of Community Compact Funding Charlie Aspinwall informed the members that despite delays caused by misplaced paperwork at the state level, he has received confirmation of the funding for the update of the OSRP from the Community Compact administrator. Meeting Schedule Committee members agreed that another Doodle Poll should be circulated in order to choose the next meeting date and time. Cindy O'Connell will organize this.
