Chairman Cohen called hearing to order at 7:00 P.M. MINUTES Review of Minutes October 11, 2017 Motion Made by Robert MacDonald vote to accept minutes of October 11, 2017 as written. Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 6-0 OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS Creed & Shakira Cotard 25 Knob Hill Circle 124-671 Conti~acced fi•o~a,S'ept. 27, 2017 Wetland Violation —vegetation removal. (Map 14, Lot 173). Mr. Cotard attended hearing, asked the Commission what does he need to do to satisfy the Commission? Commissioner Colmey — Are you re-planting the grass? Commission requesting a plant list, and a planting plan, Agent O'Connell will work with Mr. Cotard on a planting plan.
