Pando, Vice Chairman Gary E. Vinciguerra John R. McCourt Also Present: Tamra Stock, Recording Secretary Not Present: Paul B. Carroll, Chairman Charles J. Armando Meeting Held in the Salah Hearing Room, 2nd floor, 801 Washington Street, Canton, MA Acting Chairman Pando opened the meeting at 7:00 pm and reads the agenda. 40 Industrial Way Canton, LLC./Eastport Real Estate Services/Massachusetts Lottery — 40 Industrial Drive Chairman Pando opens the hearing and explains this is an informal hearing. Ms. Debra Marazzo explains she is the property manager for Eastport Real Estate Services and they would like to locate a shed on the property at 40 Industrial Way to store landscape equipment. Ms. Mazzaro explains it will be placed near the back of the property where the Massachusetts Lottery is. It will be away from the fence and the wetland property. Chairman Pando asks if it will impact the parking. No. It will be on a concrete pad in the grass area. Chairman Pando states he has no other comments. Mr. Gary Vinciguerra states he has no issues but does comment that the plan indicates an 8'x15' shed and the cut sheets for the shed only show an 8'x12' shed. Ms. Mazzaro explains it will be no larger than 8'x15'. Mr. John McCourt states he has no comments. Chairman Pando states he believes this should be considered a Minor Modification. This is a diminimus change. Mr. McCourt makes a motion on behalf of 40 Industrial Way Canton, LLC./Eastport Real Estate Services/Massachusetts Lottery located at 40 Industrial Way to consider this a Minor Modification. Mr. Vinciguerra seconds. Vote 3-0 approve Mr. McCourt makes a motion on behalf of 40 Industrial Way Canton, LLC./Eastport Real Estate Services/Massachusetts Lottery located at 40 Industrial Way to approve the proposed 8'x12' shed as shown on site plan by Beta Group, Inc. of Norwood, MA dated January 17, 2017. Mr. Vinciguerra seconds. Vote 3-0 approve Trillium Brewing Company — 110 Shawmut Road Chairman Pando opens the hearing and explains this is an informal hearing. Mr. Nick Bonadies explains he is requesting and extension of the evening hours for Trillium Brewing. The new hours would be for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. Thursday from 11AM-10PM, Friday, and Saturday 11AM-1IPM, Sunday 12PM-8PM. Chairman Pando asks what the current hours are. Mr. Bonadies states Thursday is I IAM-7:30PM,
