Connolly, Vice Chairman Mark 1. Porter, Clerk Kevin T. Feeney, Christopher J. Connolly, Thomas W. Theodore Also present: Charles Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary Executive session was called to order at 9:30 p.m. Mr. Aspinwall discussed with the Board the individual aspects of the Memorandum of Agreement to the contract between the AFSCME union and the Town of Canton for FY17-FY19. Motion was made to approve the agreement. Roll call vote was taken and each answered in the affirmative.
