Present: Chairman John J. Connolly I Vice Chairman Mark J. Porter ~ Clerk Kevin T. Feeney ~
Christopher J. Connolly I Thomas W. Theodore
Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.
It was noted that Mr. Porter was not in attendance. It was noted that Mr. Theodore was participating
remotely.
Laura Smead, Town Planner, was before the Board to discuss applications for Mass Housing Planning
grant and housing production grant. She noted that she was interested in creating an affordable
housing trust to fund a partnership for affordable housing. Currently, the Town doesn't have any
funding sources to preserve affordable housing units when they go up for sale.
Motion was made to approve the application for the Mass Housing Planning Grant and to execute a
letter of support.
Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 4-0
Motion was made to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect with
litigation.
Roll call vote was taken and each answered in the affirmative.
