Porter ~ Clerk Kevin T. Feeney Christopher J. Connolly I Thomas W. Theodore Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary Chairman John Connolly requested a moment of silence for Franny Cline; she was a member of many committees, industrial development commission, associate member of the conservation commission and local government advisory committee. Selectmen Feeney noted the board had passed a standing together statement about two years ago and would like to reaffirm the standing together statement. Motion was made to reaffirm the standing together statement. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. C. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to make the month of June LBGTQ Pride month. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. C. Connolly The Board of Selectmen discussed reorganizing. Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to nominate Mark J. Porter as Chairman of the Board of Selectmen. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. C. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to close nomination and approve Mark J. Porter as Chairman of the Board of Selectmen. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. C. Connolly Vote: 5-0
