TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 5, P -®i8 SALAH MEETING ROOM Bay WASHINGTON STREET V. -OO P.M. TOVVIN HAL L MINUTES Present: Thomas Scully, Chairman Robert Panico, Vice Chairman Patricia McDermott, Clerk Michael Mitcheroney, Member David McCarthy, Member Also Present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen ]Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chairman Thomas Scully called to order the Planning Board meeting of December 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting. Motion Approved 5-0. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #1 on the Agenda. Motion Approved 4-0. First Item on the Agenda - 30 STONEWOOD DRIVE (ANR) - (Stonewood Realty Trust; Paul Brodmerlde, Site Design) Mr. Brodmerkle explained that the reason for this ANR is that the design of the house is requiring additional io-feet that is needed for the septic system. The house is being built up to a 25 -foot elevation to create a walk -out basement. If the lot line is changed they will not need a retaining wall for the creation of the septic system. Further, lots 1 through 5 have been released and the other houses are under the Covenant. A motion was made by Chairman Scully and seconded by Mr. Panico to approve the ANR for 30 Stonewood Drive. Motion Approved 5-0.
