Connolly I Vice Chairman Mark J. Porter (Clerk Kevin T. Feeney ~ Christopher J. Connolly I Thomas W. Theodore Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary, Paul De Rensis, Town counsel The meeting was called to order at 635 p.m. Motion was made to open the hearing for the new Seasonal Wine &Malt Restaurant License and Common Victuallers Permit for K&K Kitchens ETC, LLC 2167 Washington Street, Canton MA Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Mr. Aspinwall noted that the application was in order and favorable action was being recommended. Motion was made to grant the seasonal Wine &Malt Restaurant License and Common Victuallers Permit for K&K Kitchens ETC, LLC 2167 Washington Street, Canton MA. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to approve the application to obtain a (specials license to serve alcoholic beverages at two one-day events and two entertainment permits for the Irish Festival to be held at 200 New Boston Drive on June 2, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and June 3, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm contingent upon Building Commissioner, Police Chief and Fire Chief approval. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to approve the application for an Entertainment Permit for Trillium Brewing Company, 110 Shawmut Road, Canton, MA on Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. through October 2018 contingent upon and consistent with Zoning Board of Appeals approval.
