Thomas Scully, Chairman Robert Panico, Mice Chairman Patricia McDermott, Cleric Michael Mitcheroney, Member David McCarthy, Member Also Present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Daren Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chairman Thomas Scully called to order the Planning Board meeting of December 19, 2018 at 7.00 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting. Motion Approved 5-0. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #1 on the Agenda. Motion Approved 4-0. First Item on the Agenda W - CEDARCREST & BEATRICE WAY — (Discussion regarding Street Acceptance at Town Meeting 2019) (Yael Magen, Thomas Mullen, P.C.) Attorney Mullen's introduced himself and distributed handouts. He represents JMS Realty Trust and wants to close out the Salah Estate and this is the last piece of the estate, Cedarcrest & Beatrice Way. They are signed off on the compliance checklist and resolved all issues.
