WETLAND HEARINGS
Violation —James and Tracey Keevan. 80 Cetlarcrest Road {Map 19, Lot 15).
Wetland Protection Act & Bylaw. Violation of state and local wetland regulations for tree and vegetation removal within
30' no disturbance zone.
Tracy Keevan, home owner
Storm damage, trees 10-15 feet from home. Canton tree removed damaged trees; we did not know trees we are
in a wetland. Ms. Keevan explained to Conservation there is water run-off through her property into the
Cedarcrest Road.
Agent Milani'—
Cleared several trees, and understory up to wetlands in rear yard without permission. I recommend you require
owners to restore vegetation. They should submit a planting plan to the Commission for approval. I can provide
them with recommendation to contract Wetland Works or another wetland professional to create plan.
Existing stonewall is the 30-foot demarcation line, vegetation, and planting plan to be determined. Agent Milani
will meet them to discuss mitigation plans.
Conservation Commission
Recommends Ms. Keevan contact the Planning Board to explain the drainage issues before the street is
accepted at Annual Town Meeting.
Motion Made by Robert MacDonald vote to continue 80,Cedarrrest Road to April24, 2019.
Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 5-0
