McCourt Mike Khoury, Alternate Also Present: Amanda Smith, Recording Secretary Not Present: Paul B. Carroll, Alternate Meeting Held virtually in Zoom Chairman Pando opens the meeting at 6:00 pm and reads the agenda. ECA Solar — 28 Draper Lane Chairman Pando opens the meeting and states this is an informal hearing. Engineer Paul Brodmerkle states he is representing ECA Solar on the meeting. They would like to make a minor modification to the site plan that the Zoning Board had previously approved. One of the carports is located on top of a major gas line servicing the facility. They don't want to disturb it by putting the footings in for the carport. It will be moved to the north by about130 feet. He describes which carport needs to be moved. Chairman Pando asks if there will be the same number of modules. Mr. Brodmerkle states it has 150 fewer modules. Chairman Pando asks if Mr. McCourt has any questions. Mr. McCourt states he thinks it is a very reasonable request. Chairman Pando states he would like to vote on whether it is a minor modification. Mr. McCourt makes a motion on behalf of ECA Solar of 28 Draper Lane to consider this a Minor Modification to the Site Plan. Mr. Khoury seconds. Vote 3-0 approve. Chairman Pando states they can now speak about the merits of this Minor Modification. Mr. McCourt states he thinks it is a reasonable request. Mr. Khoury frilly supports the request. Chairman Pando states he would entertain a motion to accept the Modification of the Site Layout Plan by Site Design Professionals, LLC. Mr. McCourt makes a motion on behalf of ECA Solar of 28 Draper Lane to accept the Site Layout plan showing the relocation of carport -mounted solar modules based on the plan by Site Design Professions, LLC, 1 Merchant Street, Suite 110, Sharon, MA, with the last revision date of August 19, 2020. Mr. Khoury seconds. Vote 3-0 approve.
