TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21, P020 Virtual "Zoom" Meeting 7o0® P.M. Present: Robert Panico, Chairman David McCarthy, Vice Chairman Patricia McDermott, Clerk Thomas C. Sully, Member Kathy Gibbs McCormacic, Member Also Present- Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chairman Panico called to order the Planning Board "Zoom" meeting of October 21, 202o at 7:00 p.m. A motion was made by Chairman Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting of October 21, 2020. Motion Approved 5-0. A roll call was taken of each mem' )er, Mr. Scully, Ms. McDermott, Ms. McCormack, Mr. McCarthy, and Chairman Panico, all approved. A motion was made by Chairman Scully and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #i. Roll Call Taken, Motion Approved 5-0. First Item on the Agenda (1)10 Albert Street (White Tail Estates) — Informa.l Discussion regarding Lot Release (Stephanie LoPilato) Ms. LoPilato explained that the have completed the roadway and the As -Built has been prepared by Arthur Borden. They want to pour the foundation and finish up the subdivision. The water and all pipes were installed; inspected; and the gas company is waiting for th foundation to be poured. Pictures were submitted and Mr. Borden has inspected it. A 1 that is left to do is the binder and the completion of the top coat and the road will be completed. Chairman Panico explained that protocol for a subdivision is to follow the steps in this process, which includes having our consultant observe each step and this was not done. This is to make sure that construction was done properly. We will need an affidavit from Mr.. Borden stating that the work was done properly.
