Mr. Houston explained that he has a laundry list with about a dozen outstanding issues
remaining, which include:
3.f. Further information regarding the existing drainage system is requested. Pipe °P6" is
believed to be a roof drain connection from go Shawmut Road to the municipal drain
system. Further investigation is required to confirm this understanding This is general
information and will be resolved during construction;
6. Due to increased truck traffic PSC requested that a water quality unit (WQU) be added at
the rear loading dock, which required additional specifications. The site plans now show the
model number; invert elevations; and performance data has been supplied. This has been
resolved;
ro. The outlet control structures (OCS) for System i showed an invert elevation on the plan
that differed by o.l feet from the invert elevation used in the HydroCAD calcs. This has been
corrected and the inconsistencies resolved;
ii. Requested design information be added for the infiltration systems. The elevation of
seasonal high groundwater data has been added, and is now on the drawings;
12. Requested that design detail information be added for the infiltration systems. As a
result of design changes, Infiltration System 3 was added to provide the required water
quality volume. Test pit excavation have now been deferred until the start of construction;
18. Requested that test pits be excavated at the infiltration basins. Test pits were excavated
but were not shown on the plan. The test pit locations for Systems 21 and 2 have been added
and are now shown on the site plans;
32. Requested the requirement for a mounding analysis because the separation between the
bottom elevation of the subsurface structures and ESHGW is less than 4 feet. There was a
lack of information, and recent borings were taken and mounding calculations are
satisfactory;
38. The owner must conduct additional investigation of the building to remain. The Illicit
Discharge compliance Statement is to be submitted when construction is underway and
before the time of the Certificate of Occupancy;
44. Requested an analysis of the peak period parking demand. The submitted analysis
quantifies peak parking demand and has been resolved;
48. All three site drives shown now have a minimum width of 30 feet and this has been
solved;
