Introduction of new commission member Jerry Carmichael. Re-introduction of new Conservation Agent Cynthia O’Connell PUBLIC HEARINGS 7:10 p.m. Columbia Gas of Ma Neponset St to Norfolk St. RDA Presented by Josh bows of Merrill Associates. Following information explained to commission and audience: Dig trench, sand bedding, pipe placed area filled, area won’t be left open overnight. See Brooke Monroe’s memo dated April 9, 2013 Replacement of gas main in roadway. Project estimated to take 3-4 weeks, start time 7:00 A.M. done by 5:00 P.M (possibly earlier) Deb Sundin, Chairman requested contact office when erosion controls are installed. Mr. Bows replied yes.
