TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 16, 2021 6:30 P.M. Present: David McCarthy, Chair Patricia McDermott, Vice Chair Kathy McCormack, Clerk Joseph Anuhein, Member Also Present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chair McCarthy called to order the Planning Board meeting of June 16, 2021 at 6:3o p.m. A motion was made by Ms. McCormack and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting of June 16, 2021. A roll call was taken of each member, Ms. McDermott, Ms. McCormack, Mr. Amrhein and Chairman McCarthy. Motion Approved 4-0. A motion was made by Ms. McDermott and seconded by Mr. Amrhein, to open Item #1, 12 Stonewood Drive. They are creating Lot 2A which meets all the requirements for an ANR. Mr. Houston explained that the roads for Stonewood subdivision are completed and this lot has vital access, and is not part of the subdivision, A motion was made by Ms. McDermott and seconded by Mr. Amrhein to Approve the ANR for 12 Stonewood Drive. All in favor, Motion Approved 4-0
