Present: David McCarthy, Chair

Chair McCarthy called to order the Planning Board meeting of April 20, 2022 at 
6:30 p.m. 
A motion was made by Chair McCarthy and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public 
meeting of March 16, 2022. Roll call was taken of each member, Ms. McDermott, and Mr. 
Quigley. Motion Approved 3-0. 
A motion was made by Chair McCarthy and seconded by Ms. McDermott to allow Mr. 
Amrhein to join via phone. Roll Call taken, All in Favor, Motion Approved 4-0. 
Chair McCarthy asked for a moment of silence to acknowledge Kathy McCormack's father 
George J. Gibbs, Jr., who recently passed away, and please keep the family in your thoughts. 
He graduated from Canton High School and Northeastern University Lincoln Institute of 
Mechanical Engineering. He was HVAC Mechanical Engineer and the owner and operator 
of Gibbs-McCalister Inc. in Canton for many years before retiring. George was an Eagle 
Scout and the Boy Scout Leader of Troup 26 in Canton. He enjoyed boating, fishing, golfing 
and was part of the No Name Golf League at Brookmeadow Country Club. He was the 
ultimate family man and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He has 
lived in Onset since 1985 and previously lived in Canton for many years. 
A motion was made by Chair McCarthy and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #1, 
362 Turnpike Street, Roll Call Taken, Albin Favor, Motion Approved 4-0.
