TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 19, 2022 6:30 P.M. Virtual "Zoom" Meeting MINUTES Present: Patricia McDermott, Acting Chair Kathy McCormack, Clerk Robert Panico, Member Joseph A1mhein, Member Also Present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Acting Chair McDermott called to order the Planning Board meeting of January 19, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. A motion was made by Acting Chair McDermott and seconded by Mr. Panico to open the public meeting of January ig, 2022, Roll call was taken of each member, Ms. McCormack, Mr. Panico, Mr. Amrhein, and Acting Chair McDermott. Roll Call taken, all in favor, Motion Approved 4-0. A motion was made by Ms. McCormack and seconded by Mr. Panico to open Item #1, 120- 140 Chapman Street. Roll Call Taken, all in favor, Motion Approved 4-0. First Item on the Agenda 0 ) 120/14o CHAPMAN STREET (ANR) — (Dennis DiBiasio, Sr, Owner; Arthur F. Borden & Associates, Inc., Surveyors) Acting Chair McDermott stated that since the Applicant or his representative is not present, we will move onto the next item. Mr. Houston and Ms. Smead both explained they had spoken to Mr. Borden, and stated that there is not enough space to put in the septic system due to the wetlands and they can't modify a right-of-way on an ANR, which had been done before. They are creating Parcel A to facilitate the construction of the septic system, and not changing lot lines. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McCormack to Approve the ANR for 120-140 Chapman Street, as explained and presented. Roll Call Taken, all in favor, Motion Approved 4-0. Item ( 2 ) 110 GREEN STREET (ANR)-- (John G. Hayes, Owner; Paul Brodmerlde, Site, Design Professionals, LLC, Engineer) — Has Been Withdrawn
