He stated that he is seeking a recommendation from the Planning Board to the Zoning Board, which they will be attending next week. Mr. Houston gave a positive review at the last meeting, has no issues, and all questions have been answered. This is also a very valuable accommodation to the Town Fire/Police/EMS. The issue of generators has been raised. They may or may not have generators, and a generator would be a third source of power if required. The topography and the positioning of this area, with the ledge and walls built into the hill, along with ample issues will help with any noise. They are not anticipating any noise issues and any noise would be in accordance with the allowed noise levels. Members of the public had requested a continuance and he feels he was thorough with his application, and is asking the Board for a positive recommendation.
