Select Board Executive Session Minutes March 15, 2022 Memorial Hall, Salah Meeting Room 801 Washington Street, Canton, MA Present: Chair Michael C. Loughran I Vice Chair Lisa R. Lopez Clerk Thomas W. Theodore I Christopher J. Connolly I John J. Connolly Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary. Mr. C. Connolly not in attendance Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, (1860 Washington Street) if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body; to conduct strategy in preparations for negotiations (Police Contract negotiations) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares; to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (health insurance coverage claim) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares, was called to order at 7:32 PM The Chair updated the Board on 1860 Washington Street. More discussion was had. Mr. Aspinwall updated the Board on an issue with a health insurance coverage claim for a retiree. There was a discussion. Mr. Aspinwall updated the Board on the Police contract negotiations. Motion was made to close and adjourn Executive Session at 7:57 PM and return to open session for the purpose of adjourning the meeting Roll call vote was taken Ms. Lopez Affirmative Mr. J.
