Doody, Town Administrator, Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (sewer main replacement at 655 Washington St.) as a discussion in open meeting may have a detrimental effect litigating position of the public body, was called to order at 6.28 PM. Roll call was taken and each answered in the affirmative Mr. C. Albert Affirmative Mr. J. Connolly Affirmative Mr. J. McCourt Affirmative Mr. M. Loughran Affirmative Mr. T. Theodore Affirmative Chair Theodore updated the Board on a sewer issue near 655 Washington Street, noting it has been an ongoing issue for years, according to the business owner. The discussion continued. Motion was made that the Board authorize the Town Administrator to submit the claim of $32,230 related to sewer main replacement at Washington St. to town's insurance company Roll call was taken and each answered in the affirmative Mr. C.
