Connolly Clerk Michael C. Loughran I Christopher M. Albert I John R. McCourt Also Present: Charles E. Doody, Town Administrator, Laurie Bogue, Administrative Secretary, Jody Middleton, Human Resource Director Executive Session to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non -union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non -union personnel (Personnel Board) was called to order at 7:22 PM Roll call was taken and each answered in the affirmative Mr. C. Albert Affirmative Mr. J. Connolly Affirmative Mr. J. McCourt Affirmative Mr. M. Loughran Affirmative Mr. T. Theodore Affirmative Jody Middleton, Human Resource Director was before the Board to talk about some HR policies and asked direction about organizing the personal service contracts. There was a discussion about the Personnel Board. The discussion continued about how to handle new hires.
