Chair McDermott called to order the Planning Board Meeting of May 1, 2024 at 
6:30 p.m. 
A motion was made by Chair McDermott seconded Ms. McCormack to open the public 
meeting of May 1, 2024. All in Favor, Motion Approved 4-0. 
A motion was made Chair McDermott and seconded by Ms. McCormack to open Item #1, 66 
Indian Lane. All in favor, Motion Approved 4-0. 
First Item on the Agenda (t) - 66 INDIAN LANE (Scenic Way Application) — 
Removal of five (5) trees which are not in good health, close to the wires, & causing cracks in 
the driveway (Courtney Gavin, Owner) 
James McGill introduced himself and explained that the owner of the property, Courtney 
Gavin, is out of town and could not make the meeting, and he is here representing her. This is 
a Scenic Way request for the removal of five (5) trees on her property. She is requesting they 
be removed due to a few different reasons, include ill health of the trees, located close to the 
wires, and causing cracks in her driveway. 
A motion was made by Ms. McCormack and seconded by Chair McDermott, to approve the 
request for the removal of the five (5) trees located on a scenic way at 66 Indian Lane. All in 
favor, Motion Approved 4-0. 
A motion was made by Ms. McCormack and seconded by Chair McDermott, to close the public 
hearing of 66 Indian Lane. All in favor, Motion Approved 4-0. 
A motion was made Chair McDermott and seconded by Ms. McCormack to open Item #2,Toll 
Brothers. All in favor, Motion Approved 4-0.
